This script is designed to get rid of annoyances like 'Thank you for the voice, $nick'. I made this script so it will devoice whatever user getting online and spamming that message within 1 minute (autovoicing on a channel is ON), and when they complain (also scripted) it kickbans the users for 30 sec.
