The purpose of this bot is to allow only people in a certain channel, who actually 'logged in' using the data from a (pre-existing) mysql table. If somebody is not authed, but attempts to join the channel anyway, he will be kicked. When the bot is given IRCop status, it will even kill and/or G-line people who keep trying to get in. All attempts to break in the channel or someone else's user account will be logged.
